Hi - click on your profile photo, then go to account settings, and membership. You will see your invoices.
Hey Stephane, you can also find your payment in your PayPal account or in your credit card account... which ever method of payment you selected.
That would be your proof of payment, if that is what you need.

If that is the options you prefer, you will be happy to know that as of WordPress v5, they introduced the Block Editor that was previously called Gutenberg.
Marion Black created some great training on this option. Go to: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/marionblack/training and type "gutenberg" (without the quotation marks, of course) into the search bar (see screen print below) below Marion's name, and you will have a complete listing of all her Gutenberg training at your finger tips.

Yes it does. There are themes that support drag and drop builders. OceanWP is one such theme and Elementor is one such builder. Consider checking them out and seeing if they give you what you're looking for.
There are premium options too such as Divi or X.

I was typing a new post and then it just disappeared!

This is why I prefer to use Word to create my content and then copy my content into WordPress... and why it is so important to back up your website regularly.

What will happen once I load WP on the site?
I believe you will need to do a file transfer of your existing site files saved off of your previous host via FTP which will have WordPress within the files I believe and this is something I would suggest having Site Support do for you if you aren't comfortable transferring the files via FTP yourself. Rule of thumb, when in doubt contact Site Support! That is what they are here for. Hope this helps and good luck!

WP will overwrite existing content....I'd consider building a WP site and copying and pasting your content into posts and pages.

WP back office, Users >> Add User. You select the user name, WP will issue a password. Make sure you copy that password. You can't use the same email address as another user on the same site. If there's a Gravatar associated with the email address you use, it will appear.
After a while, the new user will appear in WA when you click on Websites. Click Synchronize to enable direct login from there.
