Blogposts ranked on page 1 of google
I just saw that 4 out of my 6 my blogposts landed on page 1 of google and I don't know if I should celebrate. I just started less than a month ago and my blogger friend said that I should be happy about it but I really don`t know what to make of it. I know that there's still a lot of work that needs to be done in my website and I've been feeling kind of defeated by the lack of visitors so this is actually nice to know. But while I would like to do my happy dance now, my google search console indicates no traffic and that's not encouraging at all. So yeah, I'm having mixed feelings about this situation. I would like to know if this isn't a fluke or if it isn't, does this even matter?
Sorry for my newbie questions, everything's just all knew to me. At this stage, it's like a balancing act of expectations, reality, doubt and optimism.

Initial Google ranking will be nervous ... meaning it takes a while for it to settle ... Google is building it's trust in your content. So don't be surprised if your rank slips a little. It's sort of a settling process determined by the mysterious and ever changing Google algorithm.
Six blog posts on your site already demonstrates that you do in fact love to write. Just keep writing and posting. Move on to Level 2 on the OEC Training. In Lesson 5 Kyle includes a very informative Video showing how content leads to mass traffic.
Patience grasshopper ... patience.
Just have faith and keep going. Traffic will build up over time. It's a cumulative thing. The more often you publish something the more google will trust your site. You're in their "sandbox" at the moment when your site is new and they're waiting to see if you're going to keep up the momentum.
Publish once a day and you'll get where you want to be a lot faster than once per week publishing.
