At the top of the screen when you are logged into WA, there is a "search for help here..." function, use that to see if someone else reported this and documented the solution.

I did that and found the following discussion: How to Add a New User Account to WordPress and Find the Missing Password Following the discussion I found this:
Question: Hi, I followed your instructions, added a new user , changed role to Administrator then saved changes. But then all goes back with out changing role.It want accept it, I get msg ERROR: Please enter the same password in both password fields. I cant see where I need to insert password. Can you help please?

Answer:thank you for posting this question and I just noticed that I'm behind with updating this training. I'm going to do this asap.

WordPress has since changed and you have now two additional settings when creating a new user account.

Between "Website" and "Role" you'll now find "Password" and "Send User Notification".

However, the error is new to me and I never got it on my end. This is how I create a new user account with the current WordPress version:

1) Follow page 2 of this training.

2) Put a check in the box next to "Send User Notification", so that WordPress can email user account data to the email you've typed into the email field (I'm assuming the user account is your secondary admin account).

3) Set the "Role" to "Administrator".

4) Click "Add New User" (Blue Button)

This should now work without an error message. The password is auto-generated and you can't choose it. It will be emailed to you if you've enabled "Send User Notification".

I presume you're using hosting here at WA. Once the new user is created, it should show up here under "SiteManager". You either see the new user and the password, giving you the option to log in or it shows the user name and you have to "synchronize" it to use the log in feature here at WA. There will be a green button saying "Synchronize".

Please note that this will change the password once again. If, for what reason ever, this doesn't work and you still receive the same error, you'll need to contact WA tech support as this is a WordPress specific error they can fix for you.

If you don't host here at WA and you encounter the same problem, you'll have to contact the tech support of the web host company you're using. :)

Hope this helps and let me know if that fixed the error and you could successfully create a new user account. Also, make sure you're creating the new user while logged in with another Administrator account. This is important or it won't let you create a new user.

If the above does not work, then this is one for WA tech support. They can be reached at the following link:
