What Do You Do?

What do you do when you finish an eighty hour work week, take care of the farm, help your recently married son move, take care of your disabled mother, run errands, mark off the chores list, and finally walk in the door at 12:00 AM knowing the alarm is going off in just five hours? You grab the lap top and log into your WA account and get busy!!!

Believe me when I say that I understand a busy life. I understand the nagging of bills, the sting of little sleep, and the bruises of being stuck. However, it's at these moments that we have to reach inside and awaken the warrior within. Wake the sleeping giant!

It's not just about how bad you want it, but it's how willing you are to get it.

I could easily say that I will do what I can tomorrow. However, I had messages to answer, thank you's to give, best wishes to share, this blog to write, and training to tap into.

What do you do when life just gets too much? You do life! You make it happen. Procrastination is your enemy and delay is denial. Don't deny your tomorrow by delaying your now. Don't make excuses your reasoning. Ambition doesn't sleep. Discipline, dedication, and devotion sucks at times, but the determination pays off in the end.

What do you do? You just do it!

Shake off the excuses, find your corner, and make your dreams come alive. Today is your day!

Who's with me? Let's do this!!!

~Shane

Okay, I'm with you, Steve! Though I'm not quite as scrunched for personal time as your schedule allows, I'm probably a close second - :) I work full-time, help my 92-year-old mother who lives with us, and then take care of the 77 cats at our non-profit cat sanctuary. In other words, MEOWZAH!

But what's funny is that I sometimes wake up in the middle of the night, wondering if it's time to get up early and start working on my next WA task (training, post, video, ideas, etc.) And I can't wait to tackle it! It sure feels good when I can check on a training session or upload a finalized blog or video. Yes, indeed! Thanks for the inspiring words of wisdom. Let's definitely do this!!

Priscilla

Love it. Yes, we are doing this.

Good evening Shane,

Reading your post I was amazed. Looking at the life a person is living, seemingly too much of everything but too little time to do it all. Somehow you find the strength to master all the chores and still feel positive, very inspiring to see that.

Wishing you all the best, Taetske

You are such a sweet person, Taetske. I hope your Teddy Bear is doing well

Thank you. We just keep pushing forward. Best wishes.

Good Morning Chris,

Now that was very sweet of you.
Between you and me I cuddled my Teddy pink this morning.

Greetings from the south of Spain, Taetske

And greetings to you, buddy.

Hi Shane, With all you have on your plate it sure makes our measly let excuses seem trivial at best. Thank you for reminding us that no matter your load someone else may be carrying more. Your post has inspired me to do more.

Love it. Thanks.

I'm with you, Shane. Delays, denials, excuses, procrastination are the enemies of success. We need to discipline ourselves and be determined to work harder and smarter for a brighter tomorrow. I thank Teddy Bear for giving us the link to this post. This is very timely for me and I want to thank you so much for inspiring us.
Have a nice day!
Adel :)

Wow. I am awed by your kindness. Blessings.

Wonderful Shane! Very inspiring!
I found your post while reading Chris' post recommending reading your post heavily, check out this link: And I'm thankful to him, he made me read this encouraging post!
I'm always with hard work, with fulfilling dreams, with challenging yourself, and with stealing every minute to make your dream come true, but wait a minute! How would I do all of that if I'm physically exhausted? Lack of sleep is the enemy to my progress, I can't even breath if I wasn't getting enough sleep, and I really respect all of those who can live a normal life with a lack of rest.
So If I was in your shoe and had only 5 hours left for the alarm, I would spend them sleeping for a better tomorrow, never forget your body's right to rest!

I do agree with you. One of the things about this post and hoping others would see that even if it was just 5 minutes you spent toward your goal then you did something. Never make yourself physically sick, but don't be afraid of the sacrifice. Example of this is what I've told my students before, "if you want it then stop watching that program on television and use that time for your dream." I never want anyone to become sick, but excuses at the same time can hold us back so we have to find that balance and know where our boundaries are and push forward, but with caution. Thanks so much for you reply. It means so much and I wish you the very best.

Yes I agree with you about not wasting our valuable time on TV and different time wasting activities, and use that time to fulfill a dream, wishing you more and more success in reaching your goals.

Wow wow wow!!! This does not need to be written text only. This needs to be a video trainer. We need to hear the inflections and crackles of emotions. We need to hear that Freaking Rocky theme song playing in the background. This is powerful!!

I know what I’m gonna do. I’m gonna pray for you and your family and 10’s of thousands of men and women like you.

Damn, bro!!! You put me to shame and I am loving your heart. I hope you find all the success in the world.

Shoot for the moon....even if you miss you will land among the stars.

So awesome. What a way to make a guy feel great this morning. I appreciate your words of encouragement. A little Sunday morning fire there. Blessings.

I am in awe of your determination and can do it ness! You are amazing and a great role model. So many thanks for writing this and stirring the fires.

I know you will find soothing and exactly what you need and want.

Wishing you sweetness and flowing success always, ariel

Thanks, Ariel. Keep moving forward. The sacrifice of the journey is worth the destination.

Thank you Shane, your wise words gave me the slap I need it for cut with the procrastination. All we want is the freedom you're explain there, but, if we don't moving of our comfort zone, won't be see the fruit of the work. If you don't plant and take care of it, you won't be reap the fruit. Thank you again!

Thanks for your awesome reply. Love the analogy you used.

Hi Shane

I admire your stamina and, let me say that you are a good, up standing man.

My stress reliever and 'calm me down' during a hectic day is WA. I can feel like I can't go another step and when I log on, it's like a second breathe.

I don't have as much time here as I used to, but I make the most of the time that I do have here at WA.

Keep on keepin' on and we will be a better person for our determination!!

T

Thanks for your reply. You are always an inspiration.

I am always glad to see you here Tammi.

You, Shane, are the inspiration for this story. I admire you!!

T

:) thanks

I wish that I had more time here Jessica. But, since starting to work for The Teddy Bear, I find that I have less time for WA.

I really miss it here!! Maybe things will slow down over at Bear's, and I can get back to WA like I was before!!

I don't see that happening though, and I love my job so much!! It's all hard to balance sometimes, but I will make it work!!

T

You will have to let me know how that goes.
I am glad you are busy though...if you want to be.

It's going great Jessica! And I have to stay busy. I am not good at being idle. I think too much...LOL!!

I do love working for Bear and I am learning so much more than I ever thought that I could learn.

Between my lessons here at WA, and Bear, I will be pretty good at this one day!!

T

i know how you feel, i get up at 4am about 3 times a week and start driving loading and unloading on my vending machine business and lot of bills to pay

sometimes when i login at WA i just fall asleep but im still determined to make it online. I really hope that i can earn online so that i don't have to depend too much on my physical work and hope to have a transition from offline to online

do you know anyone who makes niche websites and maybe we can just take it from there and start making money?

Man just keep driving on. I know it gets rough, but you can definitely do this. I'm not sure I understand your question completely. Creating Niche websites is what I am doing (we are doing). Shoot me an email with what you mean and we can discuss it there. ~Shane

Hi franzink.
PM me and I think that I can help you with your question!!
