What A Weekend
Hey y'all. (For those that are new in following me let me start by saying, yes, I said y'all. I am from Mississippi, USA and country as cornbread.) I know I have been MIA for a few days, but I am back.
I do hope all have had a great and prosperous weekend. My baby boy, Justus, got married over the weekend. I took a few days off while both preparing for and celebrating this occasion. I will work on re-connecting with everyone and messaging back today.
As I was driving into the office this morning and running late, I noticed that there was a lot more traffic on my road than usual. At first, I was getting irritated because there is never traffic like this until the morning I am running late. How many feels my pain on this?
Any-who, as I was sitting behind this line of cars, I began to ponder on the phrase, "Expect the unexpected!".
It's these words that I want to share with you today. Expect the unexpected. Life is going to throw you curve balls. When building your business be prepared for the unexpected. Be ready at all times. Keep your goals before you and your dreams in focus. Be determined that no matter what the unexpected is that your eyes have not changed.
As we say here in Mississippi, Boot up. This means don't allow yourself to become lazy and complacent. It means to get ready to fight and move forward. Don't get so relaxed in where you are that you miss where you are going.
Boot up and expect the unexpected.
Anchor Deep,
Shane

Hi Shane. Congrats on the marriage of your son. I hope that they will be as happy for the rest of their lives as they were on this happy day!!
You are so right. Always be ready for the unexpected. You never know what is just around the corner.
I hope that you got to work safely and that you were not very late.
Have a great week!!

Hi! Shane,
Congratulate you for the family special occasion. Now you are officially bestowed to be a father-in-law and maybe a grandfather ensues.
I would like to echo "expect the unexpected" with my common saying that life is a constantly changing and adjusting dynamic process of struggle to cope with reality, certainty, and uncertainty of daily living for survival, growth, and continuation. Oh! Shane, please continue to nudge me to plow the tough road of Internet Marketing as what I have been building www.ebettercare.com to fulfill such mission, and give your honest "harsh" comment and advice so this WA infant may see its looming light of success soon.
Nice to see your dynamic living and appreciate your support,

Hey, Shane--
I feel your pain. In fact, since I live on a cross-through road--a road that connects 2 other main roads--there are many mornings that I am sitting at the end of the driveway for quite awhile, just waiting for a break in the traffic stream so I can pull out and be on my way. And as you say, it is always the heaviest when I am running late or if there is somewhere I need to get to in a hurry.
Thanks for this post. You made me smile. :)
