Yes sir, thank you and yesterday I became the clock myself for being involved so much I thought I have spent may be 1.5 hrs. But I actually spent 3 lol
I quit wearing a watch years ago and only go to sleep when I can’t stay up any longer. I get great sleep then and wake up at 5:00 AM for my coffee and ready to start again. I agree with not watching the clock. I noticed my regular employees watched it and always left at 5PM everyday, but my best employees left when their job was done.
