I joined WA last month not knowing what to expect. I knew that I was ready for change and determined that this was my now. Due to my schedule, I knew it was going to be a challenging journey. Due to the fact I'm completely in a new field with no experience, I would be pulling my hair and walking the floor in frustration. However, everything in me said WA was home. WA was and is my platform and I dove in. This morning, a little over a month later, I woke up with being ranked 150! I'm blown

What do you do when you finish an eighty hour work week, take care of the farm, help your recently married son move, take care of your disabled mother, run errands, mark off the chores list, and finally walk in the door at 12:00 AM knowing the alarm is going off in just five hours? You grab the lap top and log into your WA account and get busy!!!Believe me when I say that I understand a busy life. I understand the nagging of bills, the sting of little sleep, and the bruises of being stuck. H

The WA Community is a powerful tool to be part of. I want to encourage you to net-work with others. Get involved in the blogs, questions, chats, etc. Community pushes us to be more. First, as you help others you help yourself. There is power in being a voice of encouragement. Not only are you a voice in the current need, but you are an echo for the future. Words of wisdom and inspiration come back around. Next, Community holds us responsible. When we are connected to others we are give

Hey y'all. (For those that are new in following me let me start by saying, yes, I said y'all. I am from Mississippi, USA and country as cornbread.) I know I have been MIA for a few days, but I am back. I do hope all have had a great and prosperous weekend. My baby boy, Justus, got married over the weekend. I took a few days off while both preparing for and celebrating this occasion. I will work on re-connecting with everyone and messaging back today. As I was driving into the office this

We have all heard, "It's not over until it's over". I want to take that quote and add to it. It's not over until it's over and then it's just beginning. When you feel like it's about to end, search for your new beginning. Don't be discouraged at the road blocks and obstacles. Use them to your advantage. Once you reach a goal, set a new height. Every ending has a new beginning. I just want to encourage you with that thought today. You've got this!!! Wishing you all the best. ~Shane

It's OK to start over, but know the point at which you really need to begin again. That's what I am having to do since starting WA last month. This doesn't mean I take down my website and undo everything I've done so far, but the fact that I am going back over the training sessions, etc. I've been having to pull 7-7 shifts Monday-Friday. I have a farm, family, and a disabled mom I am having to take care of 7 days a week. Just a few months ago I had several strokes and dealing with appointmen
