Love it. I notice that sometimes true leaders do not seek the role of leadership they just be and by that they lead by example. It's the state of being. I believe Leadership is also the ability to follow as well as to lead.

The word leader can be many things.
They are leaders that lead by example, others by a firm hand, some are raw, raw, raw. They are leaders that you don't even know they are around, l can go on and on. The question for me really is what kind of leader are you.

Being a leader requires being a servant.

"If you think you're a leader, turn around once in a while to verify if you are."
Another term to consider is "influencer". May we all lead mostly through influence, especially in this line of work.

'To be the best me I can be' is my personal mantra that I follow and look to leaders who internally follow the same as it requires me to be both pioneering and sharing.

I like leaders who take the time to train, educate, and share information. I want to be that type of leader. To me, leaders are people who walk their talk. They have a belief system and they live by it. Plus, they have to be able to connect and communicate with people..with sincerity. WA has a lot of leaders!
