I found a keyword in the niche of diet and weight loss. This was done through the keyword medium. Before this I had heard of Ketosis diet, but since then I have learned so much about it actually blew my mind. I utilized a Ketosis diet without having any clue what it was, I have a before and after picture on my 'about me' page which will show the pretty amazing results in less than a month. My website is entitled http://howtoloseweighttightenandtone.com/ and I have already begun to get some outside traffic and created dialogue that was very satisfying and wholesome. By the way, my piece on Ketosis is the drop down on the Diet page, i hope you all enjoy.

Personally I begin another college term on the 26th, so i may not be able to spend as much time as I am now. This is why for the last 5 days I've been putting up 7 hours plus. In this time I have almost gotten through the 4th course and by the time I begin school i will have completed the course. So going through it again to create another website will not be as time consuming. Surely enjoying my time here at Wealthy Affiliate and thankful for the platform. There are various opinions on this matter of a Ketosis diet. I have seen people who swear by it as a lifestyle and I have heard from people who feel the same way as you express. I use this myself and have for about 9 months now. I do once a week carb load, or cycle off Ketosis, just to replenish, but my diet is one that is very restrictive of carbs, high on protein and unsaturated fats. Always has been and it has worked well and I know hundreds who can attest the same. Still I am appreciative of your input.

Type 1 diabetics are in extreme danger of diabetic ketoacidosis (where ketone levels increase in the blood). Diabetics should be careful and should tell their doctors if in case they decide to follow a ketosis diet. But for non-diabetics, I guess this diet is perfectly fine since eating a minimal amount of carbs and more healthy fatty foods can make us lose weight.

Ketosis can be a bit dangerous as you are messing with your body chemistry to cause it to burn fat.
Make sure you recommend that it is only used for a short period of time and not as a lifestyle.

I believe that ketosis can be very dangerous, that is if you are a diabetic. Other than that it is perfectly fine. I do reload on carbs (cycle off ketosis) once per week and I advise others to do the same. The Ketosis diet is very similar to the Atkins diet, actually. Thank you for your response.
