Hey, everyone!

I get anywhere from 10 to 20 new followers a day and thanks for that everyone, you all humble me so much. :)

That being said I guess I better start sharing a bit more often so here you go.

I have been buried in questions on how to use the keyword tool and how to add keywords into your articles and posts.

This is how I do my keyword research and it works great for me. I use the free keyword tool here at WA and I usually use only one keyword or keyword phrase per article.

I take the keyword and or keyword phrase and I look it up on Google and see what is on page one of that particular keyword or phrase. This shows me my best competition.

There are exceptions to not using more than one keyword or keyword phrase.

For instance, say you have two similar phrases that go together naturally, say Pink Salmon and Fresh pink salmon. Put them together and put them in the title and first paragraph and you now have 2 keyword phrases to rank for.

Find two more similar phrases, put them together and use them once later in the article and you are up to 4 keyword phrases to rank, not to mention all the natural ones you could rank that you are not even aware of.

NOTE:

If you are using or planning to use Jaaxy I do not use it yet, and I say yet because I know once I do start using it I will end up addicted to it, so I can not give anyone much advice on that tool, but I do know plenty of people here use it and would be glad to help with any questions on that.

Also, Google is now pretty much disregarding anything in search numbers over 400 competition so it is very wise to avoid anything over that number.

Google feels they are irrelevant and a waste of money looking up.
