I was THRILLED to see this peach cobbler....ooooooo; there's a great little place by my house that serves the best cobbler in the area....thank you, Shawn, now I know where I'm stopping on the way home from that 9-5 thing tomorrow!

It seems according to your calendar Shawn, everyday is a national day, lol!

You know, come to think of it, it is actually a great idea…… why shouldn't every day be a special National Day, after all it is another day with the precious gift of life granted to each and every one of us!

All our days should be special occasions, everyday is our birthday and every day is a Christmas celebration.

I am off to buy some ice cream, tomorrow at the local supermarket! I hope I can find the peach cobbler variety………
