We work on the computer so much to keep our websites going, and healthy, we often forget to look after ourselves.
That's when the pain can start! Sore neck, sore shoulders... you know what I'm talking about!
Here's a few, easy to do exercises to keep you in 'Blogging Shape':
Let your head drop to one side, with your ear falling towards that same shoulder. Relax into that position for at least 15 seconds. Repeat on the other side!
Do this a few times a day to keep your neck nice and relaxed!!
Scrunch your shoulders up to your ears, keeping the tension until you start to shake a little. Then let your shoulders drop. This will help the shoulders, neck and arms stay loosey goosey!!
Remember to get up every so often and walk around. This gives your body, and your brain, a break!!

Thanks for the great advice, these are wonderful. I'm also going to add that dancing squirrel move. Then again that might throw my back out. Lol
