Firewalk
Thank to Mel and his Firewalk, I was reminded of my own walk across the coals.
Harv T. Ekhart hosted the event. I broke an arrow with my throat, walked across hot coals, and broke a board with my hand.
I had forgotten about this until Mel's post.
Why is this memory crucial? It reminds me that I can do anything (including finding that lost voice)!
You don't have to walk across coals, or break an arrow though... just knowing you can is enough!
Your 'firewalk' could be your first blog post or setting up your first website.
That brings me back to the arrow. Break the shaft of the arrow, and find your voice!
