Caffeinated
Now that I am caffeinated, and have posted to my websites, I can finally put other thoughts down.
Java Joe (one of my many Squirrels), has been quite busy lately... and occasionally making things harder than they need to be!
Take Email forms & sequencing, for example. I understand the concept, and I have it ready to go, and then... poof!! I forget what to do next! For some unknown reason, the execution of an Email sequence confounds me! (Back to the Jay Drawing Board for me)!
Same with my courses, although I will say, Joe and I are slowly figuring that out. Almost every day I'm on the platform, going through the lessons on how to launch with the hopes that one day it'll stick, and BOOM, courses online!!
Then comes the doubt. That little niggly thought of "am I good enough"? Daily I have to remind myself that I've been in Business, and self employed for the last 26 years!! (I made it this far, surely I can keep going... DAILY REMINDER)!!
Some days it's easier to give in to the dreaded P-word. You know the one, my old friend Procrastination! Oh, I look busy, and I THINK I'm working, but really?? I'm flipping pages, pretending I know what I'm doing. (I never totally give in to Mr. Procrastination, he just taps me once too often some days).
Is it Procrastination when you genuinely are trying to grasp a topic you think you SHOULD know?

It's OK, a little subterfuge is needed.
Banish the word procrastination and instead describe yourself as being in a state of 'dilatoriness' and mustn't be disturbed, much too busy, delivered with a frown and some frantic hand movements.

I have those same doubts sometimes. We need to kick them to the curb.
Have a wonderful Wednesday,
