I Have my own domain but when i make a new page, the permalink still shows siterubix.com,
how can I make it just my site name?
Hi there,
In case you have not gone through this process yet, first log in to WordPress, go to Settings > General and make sure that the Home URL and Site URL fields do not include 'siterubix.com' in the path.
If those two fields do *not* contain 'siterubix.com' in the path, then go to Settings > Permalinks, scroll down and click the 'Save Changes' button.
Check to see if that has fixed your problem.
If not, then . . .
Changing the URL paths when you move your site requires a database update.
If you had a site on siterubix.com, for which the permalink would have been yourdomain.siterubix.com/post-name, and you moved it to your own domain *hosted on WA*, using the 'Move' button in the Site Manager, the permalinks should have updated automatically as part of the move process.
If they did not, then ask Site Support for help to do this.
If you moved your site from WA hosting to a *different* host, Site Support won't be able to help. In this case you have 3 options:
1. There are plugins that help you to change your URL paths, but if you're not totally confident it would be better to ask for help
2. Ask the support team at your new hosting company
3. Let me know and I will run the DB update for you.

the links in word press do have viravive.siterubix.com
but if i type in viravive.com into a browser I get to my website.
What am I supposed to do as I thought I moved it already to my own domain hosted at wealthy affiliate.

I've just had a quick look at a few pages on your site and siterubix.com does not appear in the URL path.
When you log in to WordPress, what URL are you logging in at..? For your live site (viravive.com) you should be logging in at viravive.com/wp-login.php (or viravive.com/wp-admin).
Make sure you're logging in at one of those URLs and then check the Home URL and Site URL fields. Based on my quick scoot around your site my immediate thought is that you may be logging in at viravive.siterubix.com/wp-admin

OK, well go to viravive.com/wp-login.php, log in from there and check the permalinks.
If they are all correct when you log in from there, then there's nothing wrong on the site.
If you're logging in from the WA dashboard then it looks as though it's sending you to the wrong version of your site - raise that with Site Support.

Is there a backup i can restire a website from?
if you need to restore your site and you haven't done a manual backup or used a plugin then contact site support as there are backups taken every 24 hours.
as it is your business now - it might be worth getting into the habit of backing up regularly.
I hope you manage to get the information back.

I use click funnels all the time and have several custom domains set up.
Who is hosting your domain at the moment? There are 2 areas for delay - 1 is the propagation of the change from the host and the other is Cloudflare recognising the change.
If you go into cloudflare and look at the overview for the domain it will tell you if the change has propagated as far as it is concerned. The other thing is to check with your host to see what it says the state of the name servers is.
