www.healthyfatloss.org it will much appreciated if someone can give me recommendation or anything I can fix, thank you!
First , let me say that the site looks great so far. Second, I have to disagree with thadpoore, Although the post is longer than my own by far, I think that the content is all very relevant and really gets the reader to trust that you have had weight problems in the past and have lived with the struggles that go along with body image issues. In my opinion, don't change a thing
i read your about me section. I like it a lot, but the biggest negative aspect I noticed is the length. Typically you want your about me to be short, informative, and captures the reader, not make the reader go thru a huge Bio. I read it all its good content just try to summarize it a little:) I have a health and fitness site as well i have a few blog post about diets. My site is gymbulk.com

Can someone please review 'about me' on my site?

Hey Shane,
I really liked the your "About Me" page.
It's unique, real, in depth, vulnerable, written with heart, and sounds like your own voice. My only suggestion might is that it might be helpful if you broke it down a bit.
Consider making your "About Me" page more of a 2-3 min version. A sound bite and introduction. Like a Linkedin bio but with more heart, your purpose, and your mission statement.
And create a "Start Here" Page where you share your story, your in depth* experience, your in-depth* heart for others who can relate, and what followers can expect if they choose to work with/follow you.
This would be your 3-8 min version and battle cry.
Thank You so much for your feedback, I really do appreciate how you were able to identify with my voice, your suggestion is something that I will take on board
