Our minds are set up to protect us. So anything that is uncomfortably, our minds stop us from doing it. So it is up to you to stop out of your comfort zone. Sometimes things that are uncomfortable can lead to our success.

I'm so excited I got anxiety! My stomach is knots. I am going to log off before I get a headache. SMH Is there anyone else like that, gets over excited and anxiety takes over.. But it's a good type of anxiety.
