What I see within the Wordpress website editor platform is not the same as what I see on my actual website. The formatting is completely different and even some of my pictures

Have you got a shot in Wordpress?

Here is a screen shot of an example within my website. This particular problem is paragraph spacing:

you have formatting bits left over where you have deleted bits of text and it has not deleted the tags
if you click on text at the top of the editor and scroll down ( or use ctrl+f and search for 'the difference between recycled and' it will find the text area.
there is a < br/ > tag which is a new line- remove this and that space will be gone.
your images have some weird numbers for their sizes and this may be contributing to the alignment issues.
i first thought they had not been aligned - but the alignment tag is there.
so it maybe problem in translation or did you sze them by grabbing the handle and dragging - it might be worth clicking on the image and then the pencil to edit the size and make them nice round numbers...
i hope this helps - where did you write the article originally

phil

it may also be worth going to settings - reading and clicking on summary - as the full text is shown in your blog roll
if that doesn't work you can manually add a more tag in your post from the editors menu ....

ah...you wrote it in the block editor...
this is the reason you are struggling with formatting you need to go in and tidy up the blocks and image placement......

If we are talking about spacing, you can use simple technique , by go to html (text) editor, and below this statement add this command "
" then review & check your post.

You can add more than one time this command either with space between each of them or no space, ex: "

" this will add 2 lines space.
try it , if works with you.

Ok. I will get to removing the tags. Thank you for the help!

Shannon

the wordpress editor is supposed to be an almost WYSIWYG ( what you see is what you get editor.
do you have any screen shots of what you are talking about so we can help you more.
do remember that on wider screens the text and images may move around - to prevent this some themes set a maximum width for the text center column.
if it is a post you have already viewed then pressing ctrl+f5 to refresh and bypass your browsers cache may help.

Hi, guys. I've gone all over the WA platform to find my website email toggle button, but to no avail. Please help!

Shannon

Are you trying to access your email? If you are, go to Websites>Site Manager and look at the top of the menu and click on Site email. I hope this is what you are looking for.

Regards,
Courtney-

Thank you for your help, Courtney! Yes, this is exactly what I was looking for at the time. Have a great day!

Shannon

Hey, Shannon!
Do you mean your domain email?
If you do, go to the "websites" menu on your left, right below your profile picture. Then click on the site manager tab. You will see a Menu on the top of this page that contains options to move to site domains, site feedback, site comments, and then the site email option. I'm not sure if this will work, but I´ll try to leave a link to it: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/websites/email
If you did not were looking for that, can you clarify? So that we can help you.
Cheers,
Majo

Okay. Let me see if this works...

So, I did what you all said and I’m in now. Thank you for your help!

Great! I am glad we could help you, Shannon.
