Hi, could be many elements. Theme is faulty, trying a different browser. Emptying cache, refreshing and trying again.
Yep totally could be a server issue where your site is located. You may also try empty servers cache by clicking details on the domain in question in your site manager, you'd see a pale blue button mid page.
If all else fails, I would suggest reaching out to site support

In addition to what Catherine said you also get an email to the account you used to sign up to WA
Go to your PM's they are all answered there. You cant get an answer from the emails because if they replied then it's not open
