Also, I'd like to have information in a format like Excel, and within my website, users can items or features, and my website will show them only the ones that match. How can
No, not a keyword search. What I'm talking about is, for example, if the person on my site is looking for, say, a stereo amplifier. I'd want them to be able to put in, "Dolby Atmos,", and my Excel sheet would have the list of available amplifiers and their features, and it would bring back only amplifiers that have Dolby Atmos. This is for use INSIDE my website.

If you mean on your website, a search bar? Which theme are you using? You can go to your wordpress back office, hover over "appearance", then "widget", from the widget section on the left hand side, you should see "search", then drag it to the side bar
