As mentioned in my question, I love helping people in any way I can. It would be nice to help people with local resources with emergency assistance or those like myself looking
I really need help with a niche? I love helping people!

First of all you will probably have to break most of those out into separate niches. From what I have learned so far being too broad is generally a bad thing. I am doing one site on cat nutrition and one (later) on human nutrition for example. I would focus on whatever you most enjoy and know the most about to start with so it is easier to come up with content since content is the most important aspect. However, I am new here too so maybe not the best source of advice! Also, be sure to do keyword searches as described in the lessons and pick a niche that has the best potential (of those that you are already interested in).
Thanks for your input! I just gave some examples of things that interest me, not to combine them as one niche. Of course, I would need to focus on just one niche (deciding on one is overwhelming). I just want to get started with my page. I read in lesson four if you haven't decided on a niche, then I could promote WA. The keywords I'm coming up with is giving me too many results.
I understand. I thought you probably meant separate niches, just wanted to be clear. Sorry for stating the obvious.
The person who signed me up (his user name is I'veTriedThat), advised sticking with personal interests first before attempting to promote WA as there is so much competition for that. In the WA training they don't present it that way though so I don't know. I am choosing to do my own niches first but I suspect if you could make it work, you would get a higher payout with promoting WA...it just might be harder to establish your niche. I am lucky and have a niche that has pretty low competition. If your niches have high competition then maybe promoting WA would be better.
