Widget Logic - A Widget Per Page Plugin
The Story Behind
I've got a new client referred by my friend who's needing to launch their website quickly, so using what I have learned from Wealthy Affiliate - I have used WORDPRESS to deliver.
The Requirements
The initial requirements are really simple - 5 initial pages to keep the flow going with some special features. Then, here comes the client testing phase - they want the calculator, currency converter and the lead capture form to be available in different pages. Whew! - because I've got only 3 positively envisioned days...
The Solution
After taking a really good night sleep(because I need it), lo and behold, the radiance of the morning has given me (drum roll please!) - the Widget Logic plugin. It is awesome, we are good to go for Monday's launch - and another success using the learning from WA about Wordpress website.
Thanks Widget Logic!

I love Widget Logic. I recently added it to my site so that I could display different ads on each page and once I figured out how to apply it, it was so easy!
Hi Marion - thanks much for your comment. I really appreciate it.
It's fun discovering things going forward. :) Cheers! - Jhen
Thanks for the inquiries my friends.
The standard for most of the themes is that we can only display the same items within the sidebar (being controlled in the widget area - Appearance>>Widgets). Say for what I've written above: Calculator, Currency Converter and Lead Capture will always be displayed no matter what page is being visited within the website I've created if those are the items in my sidebar.
Basically, Widget Logic gives me the option to display the specific item my client wants to see when visitors go through each page. Say on Page 1 he only wants the Calculator and Currency Converter but not Lead Capture; on Page 2 he only wants the Currency Converter and Lead Capture but not the Calculator - that is depending upon the related item he feels should be relevant in the page when visitors explore within the website. So WIDGET LOGIC helps in WHAT should ONLY be DISPLAYED (in the sidebar) in WHAT PAGE.
Hope this helps. Please feel free to let me know if you need more clarifications....am thinking of putting this in a training soon :)
Cheers,
Jhen
There is another widget which has the same function, which is "display widget".
Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for sharing Stephen. I will also play around with that - good to know that there exist those plugins for easy implementation especially during "crunch time" :) and what you are thinking is the welfare of the client considering quality still.
I see you are now an Ambassador Mr. W! Congratulations on that my friend. I was also wondering what this plug in does. (:
