We are transferring EVERYTHING to WooCommerce because of some new features they have. S2Member is easier but not as powerful.
There are many options. I bought some training on some various ways but my programmers did not like it.

Thanks everyone for your advise I think I'll start with the plug in from WP e-commerce and see how it works to be up and running ASAP
