'Course! Circumstance is just what it is. How you react is your own choice and it does makes all the difference in the journey.
Some people see their circumstance as an excuse to stay in the condition they are in.
Example; because I have a low paying job, and lack the experience is why I am poor.
While other people see their circumstance as a reason to seek ways for making a change.
Example; because I lack experience I'm going to learn everything in my present position/job so I can get a better paying job or a bigger promotion.
