I have been advised by Google Search Console in the URL Inspection 'Breadcrumbs Site Inspection' report that I have one detected 'Unamed Item'.

I don't seem to be able to locate any explanation of this in Search Console Help (All reports and tools > URL Inspection Tool) of what this means or how to fix it (if it is an issue). The URL being identified is https://safety-at-home.org/home, which happens to be the home page... Can anyone help me out on this?
