Hi folks!

I've been writing a lot the last few days and I always have the habit of checking my stats on MOZ - particuarly the spam score.

After publishing 2 blog posts yesterday that have had some good commenets, I check my spam score a few minutes ago and BOOM!

The spam score has shot from 2% to 8%.

These were opinion and fact-based articles about a popular resort brand - quite lengthy as well.

Now, yesterday's post had a lot of external links in it - perhaps that was the reason?

If anyone has the slightest idea, I'll be forever greatful.

Hi, thanks for that. I have read those articles as I spent awhile on Google before posting, but I do appreciate the help! :) My issues is more of something has triggered it in the last 24 hours and I really don't know. My MOZ account isn't helping either - just points to a few root links that might be an issue, but these have been there for weeks. No idea haha!

The one chat I read pointed at Google Analytics as being the issue. Did you read that one?

Thanks for the reply. I'm not sure I read that one - do you have a link? I did read an article that shows that Google itself has a 8% spam score on Moz, so maybe I am overreacting?
