I receieved a letter today telling me that my domain registration service will expire, need to renew it for search engine optimization submission. Please help me shed light on this

That's a well known scam email. I get them all the time. Ignore it. ( Your domain may well be expiring soon - in which case you'd also get an email from the registrar. But the bit about SEO is bullsh*t. )
