I just started offering my services on Fiverr and I'm not getting any sales because I don't have any reviews for my gigs. It's difficult to get the first sale on Fiverr.

Is anyone interested in buying each other's gigs and leaving reviews on each other's gig, so we can both benefit?

Hi, always believed in ethical methods. Am sure the company had their ways tackling those issues, reading notes below.

However, I would probably think of how else I could make my offer or gig an offer a buyer cannot refuse, something I would think about, perhaps offer a piece or two pro bono for a reference or testimonial. That's the route I would take.

That's cheating!

No, it's promoting your Fiverr gig outside of Fiverr. We can actually really offer a real service and complete a real task that the gig really offers.

Hi - that's not actually allowed under their terms and conditions.

"Purchases arranged, determined to artificially enhance Seller ratings, or to abuse the Fiverr platform with purchases from additional accounts, will result in a permanent suspension of all related accounts."

How can Fiverr know if it was arranged or if I just promoted the gig outside of Fiverr

I have no idea, I am just quoting their rules. Perhaps if you use the same account to buy a gig and in return that seller buys a gig from you, it might raise a red flag.

Especially, if you both offer the same service. It would certainly look odd if you were selling a writing service, for example, and then paid for a writing gig.

And to answer your response to Natasha, you can't offer paid services to other members here, so you wouldn't be able to advertise your Fiverr gig within WA.
