My most recent post is on page #1 for "Wealthy Affiliate Ambassador" and another keyword for Bing & Yahoo but not at all on the first 10 pages of Google.

Usually for me Google is where I show up better, have You noticed a difference with your SEO rankings and especially with Google getting tougher?

Maybe Google is just in back to School mode and will show back up soon!

Hopefully that's true because when and if Google does show up, my traffic should blow up!

Remember the saying "You have to show up to blow up!"?

That's So True!

Never sign up unless You truly intend to show up!

I am not quite sure how Google function in terms of Ranking. My own surprise is that Google will tell me that my post is indexed in Google when you search for ranking, it will hardly come up in any Google page. I don't know what that actually mean.
Thanks for sharing Tony.

I'm just weighing in to explain the difference between being indexed, and being ranked. Being indexed just means that Google has found your site and/or your post, and is saying "We see you". Once you're indexed, you ARE ranked, but if (like me) you're ranked #1,212,422, no one will ever find you using a Google search. That's why Keywords are so important, because they're what determine your ranking.

I don't know where you are in training, but Keyword training is one of the most important lessons you can study.

Best of luck here at WA!

Google has said that this update was a “broad core algorithm update” and that it does these updates “several times per year.”

Google references its advice from the previous core updates, saying there’s “no ‘fix’ for pages that may perform less well, other than to remain focused on building great content.

Over time, it may be that your content may rise relative to other pages.” Google also said, “As with any update, some sites may note drops or gains. There’s nothing wrong with pages that may now perform less well. Instead, it’s that changes to our systems are benefiting pages that were previously under-rewarded.”

Sometimes I do better with Google, and sometimes I rank better with Bing and Yahoo. Just depends on something. I have no idea what that something is, though. LOL

You are most welcome.
But, you know what I just discovered?
I have failed to submit my sitemap to Bing! EVER!!
How in the world is anything going on with Bing or Yahoo without my sitemap?
I have submitted it this morning and am waiting for verification. LOL
Maybe I'd be doing better with both of them if I had given them half a chance!!
UGH!!! Live and learn. Right?
