I am following the tutorial exactly to connect my website (siterubix domain) to FileZilla, but I'm getting an error message "Critical error: Could not connect to server".
I know for sure I entered all my information exactly as instructed.
Any ideas on how to fix this? Please help!!!

I followed the suggestions from @marionblack and stillI am getting a "cannot connect to server" error. It's frustrating for sure.
I will be getting a new computer delivered on Monday Nov 27. I don't know if that will help any (though I'm excited about my new purchase!).
Anyway I will post an update if/when I make progress or have additional issues. But as of right now, I still can't connect.
