I want to rebuild the original site I started over 1 year ago. I haven’t touched it in 6 or 7 months. Now I can see it has potential. As it is currently structured, I believe that I have way too many affiliate links. I realize now that I can consolidate multiple posts to one post and point to a single page with my affiliate links. Can I re-use my content to consolidate my posts into a new post and delete the originals? Do I need to start a new site? I am not sure what the best way to proceed is.

This is what I am attempting to do as well with one of my older sites. But removing old post is never a good idea because if it is indexed in Google, 404 errors will start popping up that do more harm than good. As Jude has described, old content can be made new again. Good question.
