Hey all, with regard to keywords and SEO, I want to review a workout program called Convict Conditioning. Which title would be better: "Convict Conditioning: Program Review" or "Convict Conditioning: Review?"
With "Program" in title Jaaxy gives 5 for Traffic and 0 for QSR, but without "Program" in title it gives 13 for Traffic and 75 for QSR. Always difficult for me to decide on this kind of stuff.
Also does the ":" or any other punctuation mark in titles affect SEO?

Convict Conditioning Program Review has 0 competition, but very low traffic.
You may choose to write for that Keyword if it's a brand new program, OR find other keywords with 100 or more average searches per month with less than 100 QSR.
Traffic should also be at least more than 30.

I would go for "Convict Conditioning Program Review" without the colon or question mark etc.
However, traffic is very low at 5 and 13, you want this to be above 30 where possible, unless this is a new program.

Thank you so much. The traffic over 30 rule has been a big struggle for me and sometimes makes me question the feasibility of my niche. Nothing ever seems to match both the "below 100 QSR" rule AND the "30+ traffic" rule. Adding in the 90+ SEO recommendation makes it even harder for me. I spend lots of time on JAAXY but very rarely am able to match all those rules/suggestions. :-(

I'm not sure what the exact niche is, or what Convict Conditioning is, however, if it is a Program, then I would use this as the title "Convict Conditioning Program Review", making sure that I also use "Convict Conditioning Review" and "Convict Conditioning" throughout the content of the post, including any Image ALT tags etc.

Thank you for the responses. My niche is bodyweight/calisthenics fitness. I will keep playing with Jaaxy but will use your suggestion if nothing better comes up.

After some more messing around on Jaaxy, I found "What Is Convict Conditioning" has 175 Traffic, 100 QSR, 93 SEO. I think I will use this one.
