Hi Diane, Yes I have main keywords for all my posts. Is it it not a good idea to add new keywords to old posts? I have looking at ways to improve my SEO and it said this was a thing.

When you have a main keyword, then that is the one you hope to rank for. It tells Google what your post is about. However, as you write naturally, you may find you are adding other keywords without even realising it.

So, if you have now found some more good keywords, are they better than the first ones you found and would it make sense to swap them over? Or could you use them for a brand new post?

Other ways of improving SEO include adding internal links to every post. No post should be "orphaned" - it should have an internal link leading to it and an internal link leading away from it.

You can also add videos, as Google loves them!

I'm going to try a bit of both I think. I will sweep my older post to see if there is any good opportunities to add new keywords but will write a new one as well I think. I do add internal links in most my posts but agree this might another useful suggestion.

As for adding videos - I have been under the impression they slow down page speed but really you think I should add more then?

Hi - if you embed them correctly, rather than just linking the URL, then no more than one video per post shouldn't slow it down.

Great cool. I have one more question if you don't mind. When choosing keywords on Jaaxy what kind of scores do you recommend for AVG, Traffic + QSR.

I have done this in the training but I just wondered what your advice would be?

Hi - above 30 traffic, and ideally below 100 QSR. However, as your site is quite well established, you could perhaps go as high as 120 QSR. But obviously, the lower the better.

Don't forget to look at the SEO score, this should be above 95 if possible.
