Google changed our email address for all Google Accounts including Webmaster Tools. Now I cannot see any search results on sites changed prior to when they changed our email to a new one. How do I get search results back?

Google changed our email address for Google +. We did not have a gmail account before. Google needed a gmail email. address so they just created one for us.

Hi George, I think you can choose to use the gmail or not-see below. You can also just forward one to the other so all email goes where you want it to....don't think it should effect previous search data. Hope this helps.

Email addresses and Gmail
Q: Is my Google Account username the same as my Gmail username?
A: Your Google Account username is your username across all of Google, including Gmail. You can sign in to any Google service with your Google Account username and password.

Q: How will Google use my email address?
A: We’ll use your new Gmail address to send you notifications from Google services. However, we may use your other email address to help you get back into your account if you lose your password, or for certain notifications such as if we suspect that your account has been compromised.

Q: Why do I get a Gmail address with my Google Account?
A: We like Gmail a lot, and if you try it out, we hope you will too! However, if you decide not to use Gmail, and instead want a different email address associated with your Google Account, you can cancel your Gmail address.

Q: Can I sign in to my Google Account with my current, non-Gmail email address?
A: If you’d like to sign in with your current email address, you can always add an alternate email address to your account. That way, you can sign in to your Google Account with either your alternate email address or your primary Gmail address.

When we first signed up with Google in 2009, we used a NON GMail email address. In 2014, they moved all of our accounts from the old (Non-Gmail) to a Gmail account. When this was done, all of our Google Webmaster Tools Search History was lost. Now, When I bring up these old sites in GWT, no data shows up. I want to know What I have to do to get data to show up in these old websites that were attached to the old email address and now have the new gmail address? I hope I explained my situation.

Do I need to resend all the sitemaps again? or What?

That would be worth a try. Just like setting up for first time.
