Google finally indexed my site. But when I search for my site computermusic.co, only the privacy page shows up somewhere in the search results. Is it something to do with me All in one SEO set up?
I haven't changed anything in the SEO settings. But on my Privacy policy page I've checked
Robots Meta NOINDEX
Robots Meta NOFOLLOW
Disable on this page/post
Disable Google Analytics

My home page is better. I still see my privacy policy page on the second page. I wonder if it's based on geo location.

To see what is actually indexed you'll need to type in "site:http://computermusic.co" (with no spaces). Then I expect you'll see what I see. You may be seeing all your pages because Google monitors your internet activity and shows you what it thinks you want to see. Try a different browser or an incognito window.

And you'll need to create and submit a sitemap.

Tried it in Edge Browser and incognito. Still only shows Privacy policy page. Here's a screenshot of the Edge browser

Yeah, it's not going to show any more until you submit the sitemap. See my links above.

And if you have it marked as no follow and no index, this should be an issue at all. Either way if you get indexed or you don't get indexed, it is not the end of the world.

I don't remember exactly where it is actually but you can disabled the option for your privacy policy to de indexed. i think it is in All in one SEO plugin somewhere, but i cannot check as i'm not using it.
