Hi
I just read that affiliate links need to be set as no follow or you can be penalised by Google. Dows anyone know if this is true? It's the first I have heartd of it. Thanks for any info.
Best,
Jean

No, they don't. It's a topic where lots of people will have lots of different opinions, but basically the "nofollow" attribute was designed to tell Google that you do not endorse the page that you're linking to. i.e. you don't believe it has any importance.
The nofollow attribute was, in reality, designed for spam (comment spam, forum spam, etc).
The correct attribute to use on affiliate link nowadays is the rel="sponsored" attribute.
