What would be the best way to start?
I use Jaaxy to search out the Niche to see if there is,
1) enough traffic looking for it
2) domain name available
3) low hanging fruit KW's
4) a few high traffic KW's with low competition
Then Google alphabet soup to see what terms are being searched and again run them through Jaaxy.
