Hi Folks;
I'm looking at some of the success stories and I think that their prowess should be more readily advertised within the WA community in order to encourage myself
Very original question/suggestion I thought. What super interesting discussion. Thanks for asking and giving many of us the opportunity to learn more.
This is a great suggestion. Not only that, but regardless of someone's definition of success, it provides the opportunity to create a section that could potentially be broken down into sub-sections, depending on the levels and definitions of success that have been achieved here at WA.
Beyond the fact that I think it can benefit everyone by providing everyone in the community with an extra boost of motivation, it can also prove to be an excellent affiliate page to create and be available to everyone in the community to be used in order to promote WA. Personally, I am not in the "make money online' niche market, yet. However, it is something I plan on eventually tackling and I do still send people to WA when the time is appropriate. I think having the option to send potential new members to a dedicated page that displays both old and continually updated success stories would provide more motivation for potential recruits who are interested in joining the community. I don't see why this couldn't be set up the way any other post would be where you can then attach your affiliate ID to that link.
I think that perhaps your best bet would be to drop a line to Kyle or Carson to kick the idea around and see if you can come up with something that would be beneficial for everyone.
I think you have a good motivational idea but you might get all kinds of replies to this.
You might find that success has different meanings. I'm assuming that you want monetary success. So, then think about what your threshold is for defining success. Is it $5K/month or is it $10K per month? I only bring all this up because I love reading success stories as well (as defined by money), but after reading some, I was a little taken aback. ~Debbi
Excellent question, If there is currently no way to do it sounds like a "Feature Request" and should be directed towards Kyle or Carson.
I think it's a great idea to have one page of nothing but success stories, what an excellent way of building a list of "Things To Do".
Maybe we should ask for a Feature Request Page where features can be entered and voted on by Premium users, so the site can grow based on user votes. Gives the developers and programers an idea of what paid subscribers want.
Either way, you have my vote for a Success page!
What a great idea,
-Kevin Wiley
Funny you should mention it as I am actually making a recently baked fresh website dedicated on gathering success stories.
http://bestsuccessstories.com
I will be writing and searching for online success stories to inspire people, and motivate them to move forward.
But its going to be more in a report style of way. Meaning there will be stats as to how much, when, how did they earn. You can sub if you wish.
Nice! Plus your site is not worse. Really like the structure.
And yes, you can recommend the site after it gets content if you wish to do so ^^
Can a success story classroom or folder be set up please?

As Alan said, you can find success stories by clicking on the Success tab in the Activity Dashboard.
As you come across them yourself, you can bookmark them as your favorites using the WA bookmarking feature so you can always access them.
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/carson/blog/a-new-spin-on-bookmarking-your-favorite-stuff-at-wa
JeremyWest has compiled some success stories here:
https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/jeremywest/blog/wealthy-affiliate-success-stories-make-money-from-internet-marketing
As I have mentioned in another thread on a similar topic, reading about the success of others is nice but usually that type of motivation is fleeting.
I know everyone is different but for me, the fuel for motivation comes when I am taking action, getting it done, learning from my mistakes and moving forward. ~Jude

Hi ~Folks;
Just to clarify, Is there a way to follow people and comments by having a favorites folder of people who I think give great advice, or are willing to share how they get great traffic. There are a number of extremely good commenters out there who are very accurate in their comments and it would be great to select them specifically every time I log on.
I do not wish to change the people I follow/are followed by but would like to be able to zero in exactly to specific commenters immediately.
Best regards;
Seamus.
When emails - set up a folder, as kholmes says - bookmark them. I use Monosnap to print out things on the computer screen for further follow up on. Just a thought.
I know what you mean, trying to filter out what is good for you and not good can be quite a bit of work. I usually save things as I come across them, either in my email folder, bookmarks or I write them down for more right away items to research so I don't forget about them.
As far as searching for them, you are suppose to tag your blogs and you can search in the task bar, but finding the one that is most helpful takes a while as well. Wish you luck. :))
I'm with MisterWailor on this one. Set up your network to follow those you feel are successful and then cull out the ones you don't want to hear from.
I don't know if you can filter comments by author. However, if I'm so inclined, I can research a blog by keyword to find the author and then painstakingly go through the thread.
It would be nice if one could do what you're asking about, though!
Go to your email notifications in your account setting. Click the appropriate tab and you will be notified of any comments by email. That is as long as you are following them. Of course you must be also part of the conversation.

Hi Folks;
Can a website be displayed automatically in a country's native tongue. I presume this would greatly help search results and help user satisfaction.
Best re
Yes, since you are a premium member you can use plugins....you can research some at:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/translation
I believe I may have found the theme that you are looking for Seamus you can see for yourself here.
http://www.evohosting.co.uk/blog/web-development/wordpress-web-development/11-best-free-woocommerce-wordpress-themes/
I do hope this helps. :-) Jon
Kim I found the bing translator blocking the page right where my dashboard black bar was, so I switched back to wp translate and like that one
If I wanted to market my site in other countries I would use a WordPress Plugin and let the visitor choose their desired language.
Just not sure how accurate, they are.
https://wordpress.org and in the search area enter "Translation" it will give you a few different choices.
-Kevin Wiley
I think it depends. Do you want it only in a specific language?
I always type my blogs in the language of the country I'm tartgetting and have always done it this way with no problems arising.
As Alan Hocking says - If Chrome is being used by the person accessing the website it translates automatically. Saying that it will be hit or miss if they aren't. Good question.

As above.
Excellent question and response from Kevin Wiley. He lead us to a fabulous site. Thanks for asking the question.
A whois query won't help because siterubix.com has a private listing. I believe that Kyle and Carson are both in Canada but the hosting could be anywhere. Does it really matter? ~Marion
i actually hadn't taken the time to consider this, it would be interesting to know this information.
Maybe this will help. It's a 2 step process.
1. Enter your website name here https://www.site24x7.com/find-ip-address-of-web-site.html this site will provide your websites IP address. Copy the websites IP address and paste it in step 2 website
2. http://www.iplocation.net/
Hope this helps,

Or you can go here http://whois.domaintools.com
and enter the name of your domain this will give you the location of the server hosting your site.
Hope this help.
How do I ensure wa host my websites in the usa?

i.e. if your server is in USA and using a USA IP address, does this improve seo rankings for USA products and sales versus using a European or UK server and IP Address.I'd appre
No, it doesn't. The exception would be if the IP or DNS address are blacklisted. It would be a rare oversight for a hosting company to assign a blacklised IP address.
The only other impact might be if the distance between the IP address and target audience is too far, it may affect the time it takes for your site to be reached, thus lowering loading times. If this was the only factor for a slightly slower transit time, the impact on SEO would be negligible.
IP address has nothing to do with SEO rankings. Matt Cutts explains on this video:
http://youtu.be/w41dsE87CfY
What it does impact is your Google Analytics statistics if your IP address is not excluded in your GA account. Because each visit you make to your own site would be counted as a real visitor, when it's not. So it is best to exclude your IP address in your GA account.

Execellent question and great discussion starter. Niche research and affiliate programs I have done I have notice some potential companies were based in other countries and I instinctively didn't pursued them. But this hadn't crossed my mind. However, seeing others comments it does make sense if this is truly the case. Sounds like a, better be safe than sorry approach is best here. My question. Where are WA's servers located and the domains they host? Might be something to consider, considering our discussion and the hosting they offer to members. I would be interested to find out. It may have no impact but my curious mind now seeks more information about this topic as well. Thank you Seamus for starting this discussion.
I actually wonder that myself where my content is physically located within the world. My domain is hosted off of namecheap.com, but it points to the WA nameservers that have the ip where my site lives. I think i have a little utility that can detect that. Let me try today and i will get back to you.
Mark
I will be looking forward to hearing about the results. If anything it's just interesting information to know.
Yup....the nice thing about it is Kyle and Carson have the servers and wordpress already setup for everyone and the migration tool from siterubix.com to their hosting servers. That saves alot of work when you transfer.
Ok I looked it up on http://www.domaintools.com/. My website is hosted by Amazon in Ashburn, Virginia. You can go to the same website and enter your domain information and then it will do a whois lookup on your domain.
What an excellent question! I remember reading awhile back that certain marketers actually used different hosts and IP addresses for their sites in case of Google coming down on them.
But I can't remember if their reasoning was based on SEO content issues or Google Adsense.
I do know the main subject of the conversation was "multiple sites" with the same keywords on a single host. Which would be the same IP's.
Being American and living in China right now, I must use a VPN service because Google uses GEO Search results. In other words, Google provides the results but they are 99% locally in China and in the local language. The VPN service gives me "IP address" for the West Coast of USA. My results are then GEO Local for that region with American sites and in English.
It is an interesting concept, as in if your Server/IP is say UK, but the Domain is .com and the site is in English. As opposed to a Server/IP in the US with a domain that is .au (Australia) and still in English.
For me, it's not an issue, but I can certainly understand the question for someone living outside the US and wanting to market products to Americans.
I now IM Wealth Builders are located in the UK. Now I'm interested to find out what their setup is!
Still an excellent question!
-Kevin Wiley
Your server location can have an impact on your SEO rankings. If you intend to target US markets, it is advisable to have your site hosted on servers located in the US. In the same vein, if you intend to target UK markets, it will do better by getting your site hosted on servers located in UK etc.
I don't think so. I was looking for an affiliates program, and when I typed in the product type, on the front page (but not number one) was a company based in Australia and selling just to Australians. Funny thing is they accepted me but are now fairly useless to me because I'm in the USA.
