I am stalled out on creating my new website. I need a menu but can't remember how to create one.

I have looked through the lesson but have not found the training yet on how to create a menu. If any of you know on what lesson this information can be found, please let me know.

I need some input also. Soon as I get my money from my garnishment, I'm going to create another website. I hope I can find a domain name for that website. I need to start making some money in this business.
