Short Term Memory Loss
It is so frustrating losing my short term memory. I wasn't always this way. In the past I could remember phone number easily. Account numbers came to me with little or no effort on my part. I could always put a name to a face and all pertinent information related to them. Like I said that was in the past. Now I am lucky if I can remember what I ate for dinner last night. I sometimes can't even remember the dates my kids were born.
I guess this happens sometimes when we get older. Like I said this is so frustrating. I keep a calendar of all the family birthdays, events, and doctor appointments because I won't remember any of them. I also have lots of post it notes on my wall reminding me of things I need to do.
I know that I ask for a lot of help and I sincerely hope that I am not bugging anyone.

We all suffer from this malady. Working through this program will help stimulate your brain in ways you can't imagine.

Yeah, we DO all get this way from time to time. I can still remember all of the important dates, such as birthdays, anniversaries (thank God).
....and NO, it is not bugging anyone for you to ask for stuff; If we didn't want to help everyone (by, occasionally showing off) we'd cancel our account and go it alone. (we get helped the same way)
