I need more discipline in how I work my WA. Since my accident on Feb.2 I have been so lax on posting to my website and social media. I am feeling better now but can only sit at my computer for 4 or 5 hours.

This morning I have posted on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest. That's a good start, I thought. Now I just need the discipline to do this more often.

Maybe making a list of the things that I need to do each day would be a good idea.

I need to start working smart!

get well and stay focused on the big picture,take it day by day.

Sarah when making a list, then make a short list in the beginning with 3 to 4 short time-consuming items, cross them out when you finished them. Increase the list week by week that way the motivation grows and it helps with small steps of achievement.

Just get well and start with one action item a day, week, whatever. It will come along!
