Are You Bipolar?
As most of you already know, I am bipolar. I have listed below some of the symptoms of the bipolar manic phase. I am in the process of creating a website about my life with bipolar disorder. Here is a preview of what is on the site. If you have more than 3 or 4 of these symptoms It would be wise to contact a doctor.
Here are the symptoms:
1. Sometimes just not your usual self
2. Feel hyper
3. Start fights or arguments
4 Feel more self-confident
5. Getting less sleep but not missing it
6. More talkative
7. Speak faster
8. Thoughts race
9. Easily distracted
10. More energy
11. More active
12. More social
13. More interested in sex
14. Spend too much money.

I'm not, but I have a bunch of family members that are. I'm so glad you are creating the website. People who have these symptoms and their family members need them for clarity and comfort.

I forgot to mention I lost my mom last year and she was bi-polar. She was, hands down, the funniest person I have ever known and I will do my best to carry on her legacy.
