Hi Guys,

I'm sure we've all been there in the past, worrying about writing content, not getting results quick enough or just simply having a bad day and getting worked up.

One of the most important things when creating your online business, is learning how to de-stress and just go with the flow. You need to enjoy the experience, and know that with consistance and persistance, results will come eventually and there was no need to stress in the first place.

I remember when I first started my business, I would get stressed, as I was finding it hard to write content, my brain would just go blank and couldn't think properly. Now, I've got better at it and learnt to just take your time, and "let nature take it's course" as they say.

So, here it goes, my tips to de-stressing are:

1. Always Stay Positive (The trick I do, is when I'm having a bad day, I will listen to my David Bowie songs on my IPOD, which always helps me to relax. He's my favourite singer and love his music.

2. Do A Little Excercise - This will increse the endorphins in your body, which is a energy booster.

3. Watch Arsenal - Being British, I'm a mad football fan and a die-hard Arsenal fan. Watching us score goals is definantly a de-stresser (for me anyhow!!)

4. Switch Off Facebook & News Reels - Switch off for a while from the world and just have some "you" time.

Hope That Helps Guys

Enjoy Your Weekend

I totally agree with you on the FB thing. I haven't been looking at Facebook this past few weeks and it has been great.
