About Scofield117
Joined September 2017
After a few years in the military and the correctional service, I branched out into the finance industry in order to be able to focus on my family.

I tried my hands at a few businesses as a personal trainer and a financial advisor and my success always came at the expense of my family time.

So here I am, adventuring into an online business to create that balanced lifestyle between work, family, hobbies, and involvement in the community.

Cheers!

Looking at your money goals, you should maintain certain amount of your working hours.

Earn a lot through harder work. 85000 is not so small.

Wishing all the best in your journey here at WA.

Everything is possible. Working for details and perfection is the key. Get a smaller 'value' goal first so you can have the sense of achievement along the way while targeting for the long term plan. It takes time and effort.

Thanks for reaching out!

Absolutely, I'm still planning on developing my career full-time with my current employer. I'm actually very happy there, except for the fact that I have a ceiling cap on my sale structure, I have nothing negative to say.

Since I work from home, I have the advantage of not having to commute and am planning to use all that time for building this business online, hence the 10 to 15 hours/week.

Looking forward to getting this started!

Oh yeah absolutely. Making the first dollar is the "real" goal at the moment hehe.

It's also very new me, I have never partaken in online businesses before. My target, objective and goals are likely to change along the way as I learn about this type of business.

Thanks for reaching out!

I hope things are going well. I know you are getting rolling within the training and there is ONE thing that always tends to confuse people and that is "what is my niche?".

I know, same thing happened to me when I started.

I just wanted to reach out and let you know that I am here if you ever want to run any niche "ideas" by me or you have any questions about finding your niche.

Get back to me when you get the chance! :)

I have a few ideas for niches and googled others as to maximize the potential of the website in relation to my interest in a particular subject.

I was thinking of simply picking a hobby of mine for now as to not procrastinate and move forward with the lessons, at least for the first website.

I figured once I have the whole picture in place and get an idea of what my day to day and business development process will be, picking a future niche from there would prove easier. I could just repeat the process on a secondary website.

I am interested in the Affiliate Bootcamp as well. Promoting online entrepreneurship through an online business feels like it would give my business organic growth. As I research and develop my online business, I simply feed back that info on the web to drive content to my own business.

Does it make sense so far? I would love to have your opinion on my thought process.

Thanks!

If you want to promote WA and work within the "make money niche", go through the Affiliate Bootcamp training. If you want to build a business within another niche, head through the Get Started Here training.

Focus on just one though. You are going to be much more successful if you focus on one business/website versus trying to do too many things at once. You can always diversify down the road.

Hope this helps you out here Francois!

Hey Francois!
This is Kyle (not the owner, just a member). I am glad you made it. Wealthy Affiliate is awesome and you will like it. If you are ready to roll you can get started in the training if you click the green button labeled "Get Started Here" in the upper left-hand menu.

Everything is laid out simple, but inevitably things are going to get confusing for you at some point in the training. So if you ever need help don't hesitate to message me. I was in your shoes not too long ago and would be happy to help.

Might drop you a line or two as questions arise during the lessons.
