Hi I closed my account some months ago but continue to take payments from my account,is this e error or a deliberate act.I have questioned this on a number occasions but still

Have you clicked on the stop payment button in your account?
If not then you will find it under account settings - about halfway down there is Subscription Settings
click on the membership and click on the stop billing and cancel membership
If you have done this then contact kyle or carson to sort it out.
Shame it is happening.

Hi i want to delete my site and build a new site using my original domain.
I have already saved my content that i intend to edit before posting to my new site.
I remember
You can delete it, but remember that you have 25 free websites as part of your premium membership!
Am I missing someting?
If you intend to edit and move the old content to the new site and still maintain the original domain name, why do you need to delete the old site at all? You can perform your edits in place on the old site by editing it to replace your content.
If its a SiteRubix then just delete it.
Site Manager - Find your Site
Click on Details
Scroll down page and Delete

Hi I am having problems with my links for promoting WA. I have linked to my text ok but after updating the link does not appear to be live when you mouse over.Left click with t
Can you show us the page where it is? How To Make A Link With Text And Images This could be some kind of conflict with the theme or other plugins too. Troubleshooting - Visual Editor Not Showing Up In Wordpress (different problem, same troubleshooting sequence)
If you are trying to click within the wordpress editor, it will not appear clickable at that time. After you publish, or if you create a "preview", the links will be clickable.

What is the published URL? It could be a browser issue, or something else. If we can see the page we'll have a better idea of how to answer this question.

PPS I have just tried it again and the links are now clickable,but i did change the theme.The only problem it links though to my sign up page.Please take any notice of my content as this is due to be edited

You are correct, there's something weird happening with your links! One was working. The others just click to land on the same home page.
This is probably something with the link formatting. My suggestion would be to unlink each link, then re-link them. There is a "link break" button right next to the "link maker" button. Have you tried that?
