I have been locked out of my original account and need access back into it immediately. My dues are up to date and I have put a lot of time into WA.

Thanx for your reply but I don't think you understood my predicament...

This free membership does NOT give me access to support and certainly not to PM Kyle... you need premium (which I have with my original account that I can't access).

This is the message provided by your first link (support):

However, I was able to message Kyle through the link you provided - I thank you for that - but I don't anticipate hearing back from him any time soon since he is likely very busy, and considering the fact that I don't see his reply to many of the other members' messages.

My request to the community was to contact support or kyle on my behalf, simple to inform them of the issue I'm experiencing.

Nevertheless, I thank you for getting back to me.

Thanx. I did have Kyle's and Carson's contact link info filed with my login folder. Sent them both a message. I really hope they take care of this for me right away. I don't frustrate easily but this one got the better of me today - a completely wasted day... I don like wasted days.

It looks like they have changed the support system. I can not log a ticket for you. It keeps on defaulting back to a question for the community. I suggest that you try Alan Hocking's suggestion.
