I agree with the others, 2 post a week is an ambitious goal. My goal is more like 40 to 50 post in year with a focus on quality instead of quantity.

100 posts in a year means 8 posts a month which is good. But if your niche is money making niche then I would recommend 150 posts at least.

About 2 per week is ambitious but doable. See how it goes and adjust as needed

That is a good goal. I wouldn't worry about Google or anything like that. Focus on writing your post and quality will get you to where you want to be. What ever you write you are writing it to your readers not Google.

Of course, yes that's a great idea. I post as often as I get inspired through video or text. If you aim for 1 or 2 week I don't think that's a bad idea at all. Anything engaging to your audience, they'll love you for it.
