I am feeling a bit stuck with the domain name that I have chosen for me niche.

I want to create a website to help

Sandy, I have been having the same problem coming up with a domain name that expresses what I want to convey to people but I have also come to the conclusion that a longer name is going to be detrimental in ways. Therefore I have gone back over all the classes up to this point and read a lot more posts and have realized that the domain name is not nearly as important as the content and that is where you strategically layer your keywords. With all this being said, I still haven't decided on my domain yet, ha-ha! lol! Still in the hunt for a two worder!

I think it is a bit long too. You can't cover all your keywords in the domain name!

Yes something easy to remember is good. People will be able to spread the word about your site easier and not struggle to remember when they are trying to tell their friends about it.

Sandy, shorten the domain name and from the three keyword searches you have found each one can be it's own individual domain name and website. Keep it simple.

Maybe just selfhelpfordepression. The other problems kind of go along with it. You can also use keywords for the other ones.

Thanks Jaweda2k and GingerRatsep for your feedback. I think I will take the time to reconsider my theme and domain name before I start writing articles.

I agree with Jaweda2K, the name is a bit long. Ultimately you want your domain name to be something that is easy to remember. Getting more specific to your theme is also a good point. Which area do tend to focus on? Would self help for stress encompass the other 2 easily? Kyle said in one of his posts that the domain doesn't necessarily have to be keyword rich, that can be left of to the content. Then it all boils down to what domains are available to purchase at a fair price.

I did a post on my site that might be helpful as well: http://iswealthyaffiliateascam.com/before-you-create-a-domain-name-5-important-steps-to-follow

I can see where that is a pretty long name. I am thinking it might be better to have a shortened name that maybe gets more specific to how you go about the "self help" for the problems.
