Ho do I fix the problem of getting SSL/TLS Certificate Errors? So far the only way to get on WA is by using my phone. How do I fix this issue?
You mean you're unable to access WA with a PC, tablet, etc?
That's usually a browser issue.
What browser are you using? Try using Chrome, and bookmark a WA page (like your profile page) as a Favorite so the site isn't blocked.
Also, when the error occurs, do you get an info box button or a "continue to site button?"
Unable to access with my laptop (using my phone for now on WA). When errors occur I just get can't connect to website due to SSL/TLS error. But they are all checked in my windows security tab.
Never happened to me but I find an informative article about this issue that maybe can help you https://www.thesslstore.com/blog/tls-handshake-failed/
Okay after reading the article, I now realize it's a browser issue. On firefox and a few other browsers I am able to connect to the website without any errors or issues.
Microsoft edge and chrome I seem to be getting connection SSL/TLS errors. How do I fix this issue with the browsers. Do I need to restart the browser settings?

Hi - do you have your SSL Certificate switched on? You can access it through Site Manager.
Yeah I have SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, TLS 1.1, & TLS 1.2......they are all turned on. But I am still getting a certifiicate error.
She means through your dashboard here. You go to "Website" --> "Site Manager" --> "SSL Cert" and turn it on. You did that?
Yeah it's turned on. I still can't access WA with my laptop
I have to use my phone for any type of communication.
Ok. Try clearing your cache / browsing history. If you're using Chrome, then click on the hamburger (three vertical dots in upper right corner of screen), select more tools, then "clear browsing data." If you're using a different browser, the steps are basically the same, but they all have their own wording. Then restart, and try to access again.
Part of me thinks you may have already cleared everything as well, considering you had already checked/changed your internet settings. This may have something to do with your anti-virus. I'm stumped. I gave you all the things I would have done. I hope you figure it out!
