Where is the best place to give and receive site feedback?

Aren’t they 2 different things? One is feedback and the open forum is for comments, which are published under posts on your website.
Someone straighten me out if I’m way off base.

You can receive feedback by using credits under site feedback (1st link above) or ask for feedback on the forum (2nd link) or if its comments on new posts that you're after there is a dedicated 'give and take comment thread'.
Hope this helps

Thanks Jai!
I was not aware there was a feedback forum in addition to the comments forum. That clears things up for me!
This is what makes it confusing. There are actually 2 separate places to submit and receive feedback on a website. It seems quite redundant to me.
Then there is a third forum - Site Comments. It is for receiving and submitting Comments. The primary problem being too many people do not understand the difference between a comment and feedback.

I have a new PC and installed Chrome (vs IE on old PC) as browser. I am able to log into WA but not into the back office of my website or even the website itself. Is there a
Are you able to log on th your WA and go to your websites? The log in? To go to your back page?
Have you deleted your siterubix? After transferring to your new Website?
Hi Jocelyn!
Yes I'm In! Not sure what happened - I just kept clicking to change my password and on about the 3rd or 4th try (after turning my head and waiting for the wind to blow from right direction:-) -
poof - I'm logged in!
No extensions need.
You can access your website on WA by going to Websites.
Once on Websites, you will see a list of your websites, yours should be there.
The websites you host on WA has nothing to do with the browser you use.
I would suggest avoiding installing too many Chrome Extension, some of them record everything you do, so be careful.
Install the ones you need only.
I am able to do that...I see my website listed and the menu to log in, I click log in where user and PW shows up then I'm immediately directed to an error page.
Re: extensions - I keep all apps and extensions to a minimum!
You never really who or what is doing what until it's too late!
Thank you so much for such a quick response!
The most important is everything's work now.
If you have any problem in the future and you can't solve it, contact WA Support, they're very good.
No, nothing should have changed. If you are unable to log in to your site, open up a SiteSupport ticket.
Hoping it doesn't come to that but it's looking like that may be my best option.
Thank you for such a quick reply!
